Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, gather all ingredients for your Nature's Gatorade, excluding ice: 1 cup of coconut water, 1/4 cup of citrus juice, 1/8 teaspoon of mineral salt, maple syrup for sweetness, and 1 cup of filtered water with the choice of fruits or vegetables.
  2. Secure the blender lid and blend the mixture on high speed for approximately 1 minute. Continue blending in 10-second bursts until a silky texture is achieved.
  3. Set a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth over a bowl/pitcher. Pour the blended mixture through to collect the smooth liquid while discarding any pulp.
  4. Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes and gently pour the strained liquid over it, filling to desired level.
  5. Give the drink a good stir to ensure all flavors meld together. Serve immediately while cold.
