- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups of milk for 2-3 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened. Cover and chill for about 5 minutes.
- Crush graham crackers in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin until fine crumbs are formed, leaving some larger chunks for crunch.
- Layer parfaits by spooning about 3 tablespoons of chilled chocolate pudding into the bottom of each cup.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs over the pudding layer in each cup and press gently down.
- Add a second layer of chocolate pudding, filling just below the rim of the cups.
- Top each parfait with about 1/4 cup of whipped topping for a fluffy finish.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the whipped topping layer evenly.
- Carefully toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch for a golden-brown finish.
- Garnish with a piece of Hershey's chocolate and a whole graham cracker broken into rustic pieces.
