  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Essential for serving cold.

  • 1 inch Grated Turmeric Freshly grated recommended.
  • 1 inch Grated Fresh Ginger Fresh preferred for potency.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Place one green tea bag and one chamomile tea bag into the hot water for 5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove both tea bags from the water.
  4. Squeeze the juice from half a fresh lemon into the infused tea.
  5. Grate approximately 1 inch each of fresh turmeric and ginger into the mixture.
  6. Allow the mixture to sit for another 5 minutes.
  7. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  8. Pour the infused tea mixture over the ice-filled glass.
  9. Garnish with a few dried chamomile flowers if desired.
