  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener to taste (sugar, honey, or agave)
For Flavor Enhancement
  • 1 pinch Black Salt optional
  • 2 cups Water adjust as needed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice a fresh cucumber into thin rounds and soak in ice-cold water for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Peel and chop one medium-sized cucumber into small cubes, aiming for about one cup.
  3. In a blender, combine cubed cucumber, sweetener, mint leaves, and one cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing the pulp to extract liquid.
  5. Stir in lime juice and black salt, then add remaining water and mix well.
  6. Fill tall glasses with ice, add cucumber slices, and pour the Cucumber Mint Cooler over.
