  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 3-4 slices cucumber, for garnish Soaked in ice water.

Method
 

Cucumber Mint Cooler Instructions
  1. Start by cutting 3–4 thin slices of cucumber to use as garnishes. Place them in a bowl of ice-cold water and let them soak for about 10–15 minutes.
  2. Peel a fresh cucumber and chop it into cubes, measuring about 1 cup.
  3. In your blender, combine the chopped cucumber, sweetener, fresh mint leaves, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer placed over a bowl or pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract the liquid.
  5. Stir in the lime juice and black salt, then add the remaining 2 cups of cold water. Mix well.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with cucumber slices, a lime ring, and a sprig of mint.
