Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Mix well, then stir in melted butter.
  3. Spread the pretzel mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  4. Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet, then break into small pieces.
  5. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  7. Fold in the sliced strawberries and half of the reserved pretzel crunch just before serving.
  8. Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining pretzel crunch.
