- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Mix well, then stir in melted butter.
- Spread the pretzel mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool completely on the baking sheet, then break into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries and half of the reserved pretzel crunch just before serving.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with remaining pretzel crunch.
