Additional Pineapple Juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hulking 1 ½ cups of fresh strawberries and place them in a blender. Pour in ¼ cup of pineapple juice, then blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry mixture into a separate jug and set it aside.
  3. Rinse the blender. Add 1 cup of fresh chopped pineapple, ½ cup of ice cubes, ¾ cup of pineapple juice, and ¾ cup of thick coconut milk into the blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fill a tall glass about 25% full with the strawberry base, then gently pour the coconut-pineapple blend over the strawberry layer to create distinct layers.
  5. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and a whole strawberry on the rim.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
