  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or garlic-infused olive oil

  • 1 medium Fresh Onion or shallot

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Slice the green cabbage into wedges and arrange them on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each wedge and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes until browned, then flip and roast for an additional 8–10 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add diced onion and cook until translucent. Stir in Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer roasted cabbage to a serving plate, drizzle with onion Dijon sauce, and garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
