- Place the naan flatbreads on your baking sheet or directly onto grill grates.
- Lightly brush the tops of each naan with olive oil.

- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then add cooked Italian sausage and dollops of ricotta cheese.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if using.
