- Sauté chopped mushrooms in the leftover bacon fat for 4–5 minutes until browned and tender.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Fold in the sautéed mushrooms and crumbled bacon, then add shredded Swiss cheese and mix until combined.
