Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy (6-8 minutes), then crumble it.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, crumbled bacon, chili sauce, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion powder, seasoned salt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cheddar cheese. Mix until just combined.
  4. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into mini meatloafs, pressing a small indentation into each.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce over tops of each meatloaf.
  6. Place meatloafs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Switch oven to broil for an additional 2-5 minutes for extra color.
  8. Let the mini meatloafs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
