Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound of chicken breast pieces seasoned with poultry seasoning. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix together ½ cup melted unsalted butter, 3-4 cloves of minced garlic, ¼ cup of fresh parsley, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes. Slice your Italian-style loaf in half and spread the garlic mixture on each half. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 3-4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Mix in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and a handful of chopped parsley.
- Once the Alfredo sauce has thickened, take the toasted bread out of the oven. Spread half of the Alfredo sauce across the garlic bread, then layer the sautéed chicken pieces and shredded mozzarella cheese. Drizzle remaining Alfredo sauce on top.
- Return the assembled Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread to the oven and bake for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing to serve.

Notes
Use day-old bread for better texture. Avoid microwaving when reheating to maintain crispiness.
