Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your shredded chicken, roasted green chilies, and spices.
- Pour a layer of sour cream white sauce into the bottom of your baking dish.
- Take a tortilla and spoon in a portion of the chicken mixture. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining sour cream sauce over the top evenly and sprinkle cheese over it.
- Slide into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro after removing from oven.
