Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with onion until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease and let cool.
  3. Once cooled, stir in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, mustard, and ketchup. Mix well and set aside.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough into triangles, ready for stuffing.
  5. Take a spoonful of beef mixture and place on the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle cheese on top and roll towards the tip.
  6. Transfer to the baking sheet, seam-side down, leaving space between each Roll Up.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic. Brush over each Roll Up.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, watching for a golden brown color.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with dipping sauces.

Cool the filling before filling the dough to prevent sogginess. Limit the filling to about 2 tablespoons per roll to avoid overstuffing. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
