  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning A mix of paprika, celery salt, and black pepper can be used in its place.

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Place each biscuit on a lined baking sheet.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Generously dollop the seafood filling onto the center of each biscuit, leaving space around the edges.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let the melts cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  7. Transfer the melts to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
