- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles until they are al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and lay flat on a kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the filling along its length, and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
