Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lasagna noodles until they are al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and lay flat on a kitchen towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
  4. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Take a lasagna noodle, spread a portion of the filling along its length, and roll it tightly. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy!
