- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the seafood filling into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold each biscuit over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sealed biscuits on it with space in between.
- Brush the tops of each biscuit lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Cool slightly and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
