Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Crab meat
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
For the Biscuits
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted for brushing
For Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate each biscuit.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the seafood filling into the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold each biscuit over the filling to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sealed biscuits on it with space in between.
  8. Brush the tops of each biscuit lightly with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Cool slightly and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
