Burger Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, minced garlic, and grated fresh ginger. Add soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat; lightly coat with oil.
- Cook patties on one side for 5-6 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Adjust consistency with warm water as needed.
- Toast burger buns, spread peanut sauce on the bottom, add the cooked patty, drizzle with more sauce, and top with shredded carrot, cucumber, cilantro, and red onion.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
