  • ¾ cup Heavy Cream Can use half-and-half.
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning Or Cajun seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 1 cup Cooked Lobster Meat Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley For garnish.
Biscuit Topping
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or fresh garlic.
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Cold Butter Grated.
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese Can use Gruyère.
  • ¾ cup Whole Milk Can use almond or soy milk.
  • ½ cup Chopped Fresh Chives or Parsley Optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
