- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together ⅓ cup of peanut butter powder with 4 tablespoons of water until smooth.
- Add ¼ cup of natural peanut butter and ⅓ cup of maple syrup, blending until creamy.
- Add the remaining ⅓ cup of peanut butter powder, ½ cup of oat flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Roll small portions of the dough (about 1.5 tablespoons each) into balls, flatten them, and create a crisscross pattern with a fork.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes until edges look set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
