Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely chop fresh spinach and soften cream cheese at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Scoop portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten each mound slightly.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on the edges. Rotate halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven, cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
