- Finely chop fresh spinach and soften cream cheese at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Fold in chopped spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop portions of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet, leaving space between each. Flatten each mound slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on the edges. Rotate halfway through.
- Remove from oven, cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
