Preparation Steps
- Blend 1 ½ cups of ripe strawberries with ¼ cup of pineapple juice until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Rinse the blender, then blend 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks, ½ cup of ice cubes, ¾ cup of pineapple juice, and ¾ cup of coconut milk until creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
- Fill a tall glass about 25% full with the strawberry base, then pour the coconut-pineapple mixture over it to create layers.
- Gently swirl the two layers together with a straw or skewer to create a gradient effect.
- Garnish with a fresh wedge of pineapple and a whole strawberry on top before serving.
