Step-by-Step Instructions for Sushi Wonton Cones
  1. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Combine with water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes. Let it steam off heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Once rice cools, fold mixture into rice gently.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray muffin tin, press wonton wrappers into molds, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  4. Combine chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, and optional sriracha in a bowl until well coated.
  5. Fill cooled wonton cones with sushi rice, shrimp mixture, avocado, and cucumber slices.
  6. Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
