  • 1 cup Fresh Pineapple Slices or canned, patted dry
  • 2 pieces Chipotle Peppers in Adobo adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt adjust to taste

  3. Flip the ingredients carefully and broil for an additional 5 minutes until well-charred.
  4. Transfer charred ingredients to a blender, add chipotle peppers, and pulse briefly for a chunky texture.
  5. Taste the salsa, season with kosher salt, and serve fresh.
