Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the cocktail onions into smaller pieces and set them aside in a bowl.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, and horseradish. Blend until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped cocktail onions and transfer to a serving bowl. Top with remaining toasted breadcrumbs.
  5. Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers.
