Preparation
- Chop the cocktail onions into smaller pieces and set them aside in a bowl.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir continuously for about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine half of the toasted breadcrumbs with cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, and horseradish. Blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped cocktail onions and transfer to a serving bowl. Top with remaining toasted breadcrumbs.
- Garnish with dried parsley and serve immediately with tortilla chips, veggies, or crackers.
