Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the Yukon gold potatoes into even rounds, then soak in cold water.
  3. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute.
